The Last Train to Key West by Chanel Cleeton.
10 out of 10. At first I
thought, "Ho Hum." but then the characters began to connect and I loved
it. Three main characters are women in Key West, by choice, by past
history, and by a new husband. They have vastly different backgrounds.
One is running. One is trapped by an abusive husband. One is a new bride
as a result of an arranged marriage. Money is what got them to this
position, or lack of it. Then the hurricane comes. Different weather
forecasts and different paths to escape it, change all their lives. AND
THEN the connections are cleverly revealed and surprise!
