A 10 out of 10. A newly married couple is separated by W.W. II. The
story starts when he thinks he found her again at the marriage of his
grandson to her granddaughter. But the book focuses on their lives
apart. Lots of focus on what Jews who escaped before the war were able to do to go on without their families. Lots more focus on how people lived and died as their world tried to annihilate them. By Alyson Richman. I couldn't put it down.

Canada by Richard Ford
A boring, depressing, senseless, dreary, long-winded, ever lasting
story . The title is misleading. 2 out of 10 and that is generous
beyond belief.
